Delete Your Hercules - Gym Tracker Account
We understand that you may want to delete your Hercules account and all associated data. This page explains how to request account deletion and what data will be removed from our systems.
How to Delete Your Account
You can delete your account directly from within the Hercules app by navigating to Dashboard > Profile > Account > Delete Account. You will be asked to type "delete" to confirm. Alternatively, you can request deletion by emailing [email protected] with the subject line "Delete My Account" and your registered email address.
What Gets Deleted
Deletion is immediate and irreversible. The following data is permanently removed: (a) Account credentials and profile information; (b) All workout sessions, plans, GPS routes, and custom exercises; (c) AI chat sessions, messages, usage records, and credit balances; (d) In-app feedback submissions; (e) Push notification tokens, notification preferences, and milestone records; (f) Friend connections and leaderboard data; (g) In-app analytics events linked to your account.
What Gets Retained
The following data is not deleted: (a) RevenueCat retains its own subscription and purchase records independently — see their privacy policy; (b) Pre-sign-up analytics events linked only to a random installation identifier are retained for up to 24 months; (c) The text of AI messages included in any AI feedback you submitted is retained for quality improvement. Payment and transaction records may also be retained as required by applicable tax and financial laws. If you have an active subscription, you must cancel it separately through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store before deleting your account.
Processing
When you delete your account through the app, deletion happens immediately. Email requests are processed as quickly as possible. Some local data (such as notification settings stored on your device) is not automatically erased — you can clear it by uninstalling the app.
